We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

The shipment tracking is included in the price of your shipment and is accessible 24 hours a day. You can follow your parcel easily using the tracking code received via e-mail. Thanks to this, you can know at any time where your pack is, what steps it has taken and when it is likely to reach its destination.
Your shipment details are updated several times a day, so your packet delivery path is always rebuilt. With this, the state of the shipment remains always current.
A single code allows you to trace it to the destination, even if the parcel changes during the journey to another courier.
Regardless of where your package is, our tracking portal will track it around the world.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
National shipments are delivered directly to the recipient, while international shipments are brought initially to our warehouse in Italy. Here, each package is double-checked (weight and size) and then entrusted to the final courier in order to reach the destination.
Depending on the country of destination, we will choose the best partner for you. The policy of each courier, regarding delivery, is different. It remains valid that each courier makes at least one delivery attempt to deliver the shipment to the indicated delivery address. If the recipient is not available at the moment of the first delivery attempt, two more attempts could be made within next working days. In the eventuality, if in the vicinity of the delivery address there is a store or currier’s point, then the package may be delivered there after the first failed delivery attempt. The package is kept for only a limited period in the storage, period in which the receiver must go and picked it up.
